Danish Bladt Industries AS has ordered structural components for three offshore substations from Enersense. The project will start with engineering and planning in December 2022 and the components will be delivered to Bladt Industries in several batches between the fourth quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024. The structural components for the offshore substations will be manufactured at Enersense’s fabrication yard in Mäntyluoto and will be transported to Denmark with Enersense’ own barge. Project is estimated to employ up to 300 persons. Bladt Industries is a leading European manufacturer of offshore wind power foundations whose activities cover offshore wind power projects globally. “Offshore foundations are one of the three spearheads of Enersense’s growth strategy.
