Change in the Board of Directors of Enersense International Plc Enersense International Plc Stock exchange release 30 August 2021 at 12:45p.m. Markku Kankaala, a member and vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Enersense International Plc, a provider of zero-emission energy solutions,has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of the company on 30 August 2021. Kankaala also resigns from the audit and remuneration committees of the Board of Directors. Following the resignation, the Board of Directors of Enersense International Plc consists of six members. The Board of Directors will convene without delay to elect new vice chairman and members to the audit and remuneration committees to replace Mr. Kankaala.
