Enersense complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code published by the Securities Market Association. The code entered into force on 1 January 2020. The 2020 Corporate Governance Code is available on the Securities Market Association’s website at www.cgfinland.fi. Enersense follows the 2020 Corporate Governance Code without exceptions.
