Enersense’s energy production target by 2027 is 600–700 MW, of which 600 MW would be wind power and 100 MW solar power. The options to be considered include creating a new, separate Enersense subsidiary for renewable energy development and production and engaging with external parties to identify possible partners that would support an acceleration of the growth strategy. Enersense has engaged BNP Paribas as financial advisor to assist with the evaluation. Enersense will carefully evaluate the various options and take the necessary time to consider the best possible solution. Enersense will give an update in due course, if any concrete outcome were to materialise.
