We operate, maintain and modernise power plants, including heat plants, water plants and hydrogen plants, as well as the associated heat pumps. We are happy to take responsibility for large, complex service packages. We can assume full operational and maintenance responsibility as part of an outsourcing arrangement or take care of individual projects. Remote monitoring services can also be included.

We are a lifecycle partner for heat generation. We build, modernise, operate and maintain critical assets in heat production and support our clients on their path towards low-emission generation.

We operate heat plants, industrial-scale heat pumps, electric boilers and energy storage systems. We handle preventive maintenance, fault repairs, annual overhauls and technical inspections. Remote monitoring can be added to the service package.

We support our clients in reducing emissions, improving their carbon handprint and enhancing operational efficiency. We deliver modernisation projects for both plants and district heating networks and provide expert support when clients make new low-emission investments.

Heat and power generation are becoming increasingly low in emissions, and that is our specialty. We are a lifecycle partner in reducing production emissions and adopting new technologies.

We carry out all required process modifications efficiently and safely. Alongside our technical experts, we also have environmental and safety specialists who support clients through the transition.

We also assist in directing and storing waste heat from data centres into district heating networks.

Construction of demanding piping and steel structures

We are a partner in building new power plants. We construct and install demanding piping, steel structures, components, waste-heat connections and other critical solutions. We also carry out piping and steelwork for heavy-duty boilers and connect them to the network when needed. We support clients throughout commissioning.

We build, maintain and modernise solar plants, wind farms, hydropower plants, high-voltage transmission lines and battery storage systems associated with power generation. Careful operation and maintenance maximise asset value and energy output. We also construct, maintain and modernise the telecommunications networks required for plant operations.

Intelligent robotics takes power plant maintenance to a new level

Careful operation and preventive maintenance improve reliability, reduce unexpected downtime and lower costs. When combined with digital solutions, idle time decreases, processes run more smoothly and energy efficiency improves. Equipment lifetime is extended, and production remains controlled even in rapidly changing conditions.

We continuously digitalise maintenance through effective IoT tools and modern measurement solutions. Data analytics helps predict maintenance needs, allowing equipment to be serviced efficiently and based on real demand.

A robot dog Voltti is part of our team at Helen’s Vuosaari power plant. It gathers data and monitors plant conditions and can be sent into areas where human access is not safe.
