The shares have been recognised at fair value on the company’s balance sheet, and the transaction will not have a significant impact on the Power business area’s EBITDA in the third quarter 2023. The Soidinmäki wind farm in Saarijärvi has seven wind power plants, and its annual production is estimated at 126 GWh. Enersense served as an upstream project developer and the main contractor during the construction phase of the wind farm. The turnkey delivery included all design and construction, including the foundations, roads and crane pads for the power plant, as well as its electricity network and substation. “We are very pleased that our wind power projects are progressing as planned.
