The name of Unified Chargers Oy changes to Enersense Charging Oy Enersense_Charging_ENG_02032023.pdf Enersense International Plc Press release 2 March 2023 at 12:40 p.m. Unified Chargers Oy, a manufacturer of fast charging stations for electric vehicles and a company owned by Enersense International Plc, a provider of zero-emission energy solutions, changes its name to Enersense Charging Oy. The name change is part of the integration process and harmonisation of the names of Enersense’s subsidiaries. Enersense acquired Unified Chargers on 15 November 2022. The name change will not have an effect on the company’s business identity code, it will remain the same. “The common Enersense brand brings us more growth opportunities in Finland and globally.
