Enersense’s financial reporting and AGM in 2027

Enersense International Plc’s Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2026 will be published on Wednesday 17 February 2027 at around 8:30 EET. The 2026 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors’ Report, will be published during week 10.

Enersense will publish two Business Reviews and a Half-year Financial Report in 2027: 

  • January-March Business Review on Wednesday 5 May 2027 at around 8:30 
  • January-June Half-year Financial Report on Thursday 19 August 2027 at around 8:30 
  • January-September Review on Thursday 4 November 2027 at around 8:30 

Enersense’s Annual General Meeting 2027 is planned to be held on Thursday 1 April 2027. Enersense’s Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request by 22 January 2027 to Enersense International Plc/Legal, Konepajanranta 2, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to yhtiokokous@enersense.com.
