Invoicing Addresses

Enersense Group Invoicing Addresses

We hope that all the invoices will be sent as e-invoices.

If e-invoicing is not possible, we hope that the invoices will be sent to scanning service, through which the invoices will be routed directly to our system. Emails sent to the scanning service will not be read, and nothing other than invoices should be sent there. Each company has its own scanning service email address, to which invoices can be sent according to the following instructions:

  • Invoice is in PDF format
  • One invoice per PDF file
  • No separate attachments. All possible attachments must be included in the same PDF-file with the invoice

Invoice must include necessary references:

  • First and last name of the orderer
  • If a purchase order is created, invoice must include purchase order number starting with PO
  • Project and/or WO-number OR
  • Cost center
