We are currently looking for a Warehouse/ Supply Chain Assistant for our client in Olkiluoto, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support Material and Warehouse Manager for controlling receiving, handling, reporting process of Dual use items and technology delivered to site and conduct planned/unplanned inventory / walk down / inspections of such items
  • Support with monthly reporting (PPR and PER/CPR), as per project requirements
  • Support with organizing Return From Site outgoing (OLR) shipments, upon equipment availability in site warehouse
  • Scanning and filing Issue Notes
  • Support with handling and informing of 3YSP moves in WH, including 3YSP –list checkup
  • Follow-up of lifting and handling devices (certificates and annual inspection)
  • Organize temperature and humidity statistics for warehouse facilities on monthly basis – KPI
  • Support preparation and implementation of stored equipment periodic maintenance / preservation activities, as required and update follow-up
  • Support warehouse personnel and organize trainings of warehouse team members
  • Follow project regulations
  • Comply with established Client safety and quality policies
  • Organize reporting via material handling project software tool/s/ as requested by Material and Warehouse Manager
  • Support Material and Warehouse Manager in development site material handling procedures / instructions
  • Support receiving inspection of incoming deliveries
  • Prepare discrepancy reports, if necessary
  • Scan and file CEMDS (Condition of Material or Equipment upon Delivery on Site)
  • Support with unwrapping and opening crates, packing/repacking, planning and organizing of storing of goods
  • Support with handover of material and equipment to requester
  • Take due care of all material and Client properties
  • Maintain high quality level of site material related data in project software tool/s/
  • Support with inventory upon request by Material & Warehouse line management
  • Follow-up/update of warehouse inventory overview
  • Follow-up/update of transport overview (incoming, outgoing)
  • Maintain updated warehouse inventory
  • Weekly checks of aging material and report to responsible department
  • Support Supply Chain Assistant if/when needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant Education background
  • Previous experience of similar position 
  • Previous experience of working on a large project
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team working skills

Languages:

  • English skills required
