Radiation Protection Assistant

We are currently looking for a Radiation Protection Assistant for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. The start would be as soon as possible

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Give instruction and assistance to the Olkiluoto 3 external companies/teams/workers, and cooperate with the end client dosimetry service to ensure the fulfilment of the radiation workers requirements (i.e. check the required documentation, trainings, medical certificates, dose records, RCA authorization, etc…).
  • Manage the “radiation workers” mail box
  • Cooperate with the Olkiluoto 3 HSE and end client dosimetry service in the management of the radiation protection passports
  • Cooperate with Olkiluoto 3 HSE in managing the dosimetry of clients employees:
  • Radiation protection documentation (Fiche individuelle des risques professionnels, demande d’agrement)
  • Dosimeters replacement, shipment and delivery
  • Provide assistance to the Radiation Protection (RP) trainings activities (training facility support, cooperate with Communication&Training department, etc…).
  • Provide assistance to the Radiation Protection (RP) team in the preparation and management of documentation, meetings, etc…

Requirements:

  • Suitable education background
  • Good skills in IT office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc…)
  • Previous experiences in working at Olkiluoto 3 project
  • Familiar with the Olkiluoto 3 project organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Languages:

  • English skills
