IMO-Electrical Deputy Manager

We are currently looking for an IMO-Electrical Deputy Manager for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Managing the remaining works and closure of the Open Points for construction and commissioning in line with the project millstones, especially in terms Building Completion and Fuel Loading readiness
  • Support in planning and execution of the preventive maintenance tasks, and periodic tests execution (NTM – Nuclear Testing Manuals)
  • Ensure coordination of all physical works with other entities (Commissioning, PSM, OIO) and also sub-contractors coordination
  • Support for trouble shooting and corrective maintenance actions
  • Support integration of customer team into preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • Flexibility in assigned tasks with a commitment to supporting the Olkiluoto 3 schedule

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineer Degree
  • At least 15 years of experience in design, construction & commissioning
  • Experience working in a nuclear power plant is a plus, preferably on OLlkiluoto 3
  • SFS 6002 certificate
  • Computer skills: MS Office, especially Excel, CMS
  • Good teamworking in an international environment
  • Intercultural experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with all stakeholders
  • Structured approach to prepare and organize works including documentation issuance
  • Safety, Quality and schedule orientated
  • Previous experience in construction, commissioning and maintenance of the electrical systems, in particular in nuclear industry
  • Technical knowledge about Electrical systems:
  • 10kV Siemens switchgears
  • 0,4/0,69 kV Sivacon switchgears
  • AEG UPSs and battery charger’s systems
  • Fire detection systems
  • Lighting and small power distribution system
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to manage multicultural teams environment

Languages:

  • English skills required
  • Ability with French, German or Finnish would be a plus
