Data and Tool Administrator

We are currently looking for a Data and Tool Administrator for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To ensure the delivery of 3YSP (spare parts needed for 3 years of plant operation) on the Olkiluoto 3 construction site with finalized and approved documentation in accordance with the quality standards and the schedule of the Olkiluoto 3 project
  • Clarification of spare part list with the client to physical handover of the spare parts to them
  • Team is in charge also of leading actions and workshops transverse to the fields of expertise in order to propose and implement the appropriate action plans if problems occurred on the delivered material
  • Extract information from various databases to have an overall view of missing spare parts
  • Define quantities that need to be bought
  • Provide schedule of delivery of spare parts
  • Update the spare part list content
  • Measure the physical progress for the scope and align with cost control the earn value management
  • Upon request from Project Engineers, generate specific reports based on queries
  • Ensure a good level of quality for the data stored in database
  • Support the activity of Design Change analysis and the impact on 3YSP (spare parts needed for 3 years of plant operation) scope


  • Relevant engineering degree expected
  • Knowledge of valves, pumps and mechanical equipment that can be found in Nuclear / Oil & Gas industry and knowledge of the associated spare parts
  • 3 years of experience in Nuclear Power Plant from similar position
  • Professional with database management
  • Knowledge of database software based on SQL
  • Ability to use Excel as database software (function Vlook up, pivot table, small VBA macro,..)  
  • Ability to write documents (in English)
  • Good communication skills
