As-Built Documentation Engineer for Self-Standing and Special Systems

We are currently looking for an As-Built Documentation Engineer for Self-Standing and Special Systems for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work confidently within site teams and HBO
  • Gather information systematically to establish facts & principles. Problem solving
  • Checking of data bases regarding correct revision and Implementation of all changes in SSS & SPE documentation (Field Change Requests, Design Change Requests, Open Points, etc.)
  • Modification of AutoCAD and pdf drawings where necessary to get documentation in As-Built state
  • Coordination with Sub-Suppliers
  • Reporting to AS-Built Task Leader of Self-standing & SPE


  • Experienced in Mechanical Engineering or related (e.g. Cranes, Airlocks, Hatch, Filter Changing Equipment, etc.)
  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering (especially Documentation)
  • Basic knowledge of the OL3-Project (tools, project-structure, teams & documentation)
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, pdf-processing, MS-Office (including MS Access)
  • Basic knowledge in PDMS (Plant Design Management Tool)
  • Knowledge in work with data bases (required for Client Information Management System)
  • Able to express clearly verbally and in writing
  • Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments
  • Manage time effectively and able to work to deadlines
  • Motivated to solve problems/ issues & target oriented


  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages ( French, German, Finnish) considered as a benefit
