Enersense International Plc, a provider of zero-emission energy solutions, has agreed with German Bilfinger Engineering & Technologies GmbH on the data management optimization related to the new EPR nuclear power plant in the United Kingdom. This is Enersense's first contract for this new EPR nuclear power plant. Jussi Holopainen, CEO of Enersense, considers the company's solid experience in the data management optimization as a key factor in the conclusion of the agreement. "Enersense has collaborated with Bilfinger Engineering & Technologies GmbH on the Olkiluoto 3 project for over a decade. The agreement on this new project is a continuation of this long, smooth cooperation between us. The new agreement with our long-term customer shows that we are a responsible partner and our expertise is valued”, says Holopainen. The data management optimization includes the management of personnel data, qualifications, trainings and documents. "It ensures that the customer meets the requirements of the law in EPR project, as they have done with our help in the Olkiluoto 3 project", says Holopainen. The new nuclear power plant is Britain's largest construction project and the first new nuclear power plant to be built in Britain in decades. “The agreement opens up new interesting business opportunities for us in this nuclear power project”, says Holopainen.
